We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the exact date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. How to Request a Return
All returns are processed by mail. To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with instructions and our physical return address.
  • Pack & Ship: Repack the item securely and send it to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a pre-paid return label (or a full refund without requiring a return).
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because of a change of mind (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or simply do not like the item), the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your bank account.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) and earrings, if the hygiene seal has been broken.

8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped by contacting our support team. If the order has already been dispatched, please wait for delivery and follow the standard return process outlined above.
