Shipping policy

1. Overview
At Cheap Fashion Rotterdam, we are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent delivery. This policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, and what to expect after you place an order. We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.
  • There are no hidden charges. All applicable costs are displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Order Cut-off & Processing Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM CET (Central European Time).
  • Processing / Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Transit & Delivery Estimates

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days (from order placement to your doorstep).
  • Note: Delivery estimates are based on business days and may be impacted by external factors such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high-volume holiday periods.

5. Shipment Origin & Carriers
To ensure efficient delivery, orders are dispatched securely from our fulfillment facilities.

  • All shipments are fully tracked and insured.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email immediately upon dispatch so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
If your parcel is missing, damaged, or appears tampered with:

  • Please notify us at info@cheapfashionrotterdam.com as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery).
  • For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • If the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately, at absolutely no cost to you.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@cheapfashionrotterdam.com.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the change or cancellation free of charge.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit, and our standard Return & Refund procedures will apply upon delivery.
